Recognize society's unconscious bias against people with disabilities andevaluate that biasin my own life(At the link, select "I wish to proceed" then choose "Disability IAT" test);
Educate myself on how to combat stereotypes, prejudices and harmful practices relating to people with disabilities, in all areas of life;
Hold space for people with disabilities to share their lived experiences and amplify their voices, capabilities and contributions; and
Foster respect for the rights and dignity of people with disabilities.
